Do you sell fakes?

No! All of our games & cards are 100% authentic. We DO NOT sell fakes, customs, reproductions, or replicas. We do sell 3rd party controllers & accessories.

When will my package ship?

We carefully package and ship out all orders within 2 business days.

A sweet surprise in my package?

Thrift Papi has a major sweet tooth & loves to share his favorite candies with folks by randomly placing some in their packages!

Do you accept trades?

Yes! You can trade in your old unwanted games & cards with us for cash or store credit. Please contact us to trade or catch us at one of our upcoming events!

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy on all new merchandise, which means you have 14 days after receiving your new merchandise item to request a return. We do not accept returns on any Pre-Owned or used items, unless the items were received in defective (not working) condition. A restocking fee of 20% will be implemented on all new (sealed) items that are returned. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, or proof of purchase. If these conditions are met, your return may be rejected. If your item was purchase as Pre-Owned or used and found not to be defective, your return may be rejected.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We can provide a shipping label and deduct those funds from the total refund amount, if needed. Please request a return label and accept the costs when you email us. Items sent back to us without first requesting areturn will not be accepted. Once the return is accepted, the item(s) must be shipped back before the 14 day return period. For example: If you requested a return on day 10 of receiving the product, and the return was accepted on day 12, you now have 2 days to ship the item back or the return will be declined. You can always contact us for any return question at info@thriftpapi.com.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as products that were sold as New (sealed) and then opened by the buyer, or if the buyer damaged the product, they cannot be returned. Items sold as Pre-Owned or used cannot be returned unless they were received in defective (not working) condition.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get the item you desired is to return the item you have received, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and you will be notified if the refund was approved or not via email. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee, within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back into your account.
