Do you have a physical store location?

Yes! We’re located at 550 Old Spanish Trail, Suite E, in Slidell, Louisiana.
Our store hours are Wednesday through Sunday 12PM - 8PM.

Do you sell fakes?

No! All of our games & cards are 100% authentic. We DO NOT sell fakes, customs, reproductions, or replicas. We do sell 3rd party controllers & accessories.

When will my package ship?

We carefully package and ship out all orders within 2 business days.

Why is there candy in my package?

Thrift Papi has a major sweet tooth & loves to share! Don’t be surprised to find a candy or two at the bottom of your package, it’s our sweet way of saying thank you! 🙏🏽🍭

Do you accept trades?

Yes! You can stop by to trade in your old unwanted games & cards with us for cash or store credit.

What is your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We DO NOT accept returns on any items unless the item was damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect. We inspect all items very carefully before sending them out. In the unlikely event that your item was lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately via email at:
