Do you sell fakes?

No! All of our games & cards are 100% authentic. We DO NOT sell fakes, customs, reproductions, or replicas. We do sell 3rd party controllers & accessories.

When will my package ship?

We carefully package and ship out all orders within 2 business days.

Do you accept trades?

Yes! You can trade in your old unwanted games & cards with us for cash or store credit. Reach out to our support team today, or catch us at one of our upcoming events!

What is your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We DO NOT accept returns on any items unless the item was damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect. We inspect all items very carefully before sending them out. In the unlikely event that your item was lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately via email at:
