We DO NOT accept returns on any items unless the item was damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect. We inspect all items very carefully before sending them out or placing them on our sales floor. All online orders are video recorded while being packaged for our protection and yours. In the unlikely event that your item was lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately via email at:
